This programme consists of 4 focused sessions, each designed to uncover the root of your anger and teach techniques that lead to better emotional regulation and personal growth.
For those who may need ongoing support, additional individual sessions are available at any time.
Booking the full programme at once means you pay only £25 per session (total £99), instead of the standard session cost starting from £28. It’s a practical and affordable way to begin taking charge of your emotions.

Sessions can be delivered online or in-person, depending on your preference and availability.

You can book extra individual sessions at any time, and we’ll build on the work you’ve already done.

Yes! This programme is suitable for ages 14+ with parental or guardian consent for those under 18.

This programme is individual, but I also offer couples and family anger management coaching on request.
