This is a beginner level - Coaching Certification programme, I believe will help you begin your journey for you as a coach, as it covers several Coaching areas. The aim is to try prepare the student to understand a variety of coaching methods & also help coaches learn to practice self-reflection, and to question and examine the perspectives, values and beliefs influencing their behaviours and habits, which consequently determine their outcomes and results. This course is designed for the student...to commit to a minimum of 2.5 hours of study time each week, up to a maximum of 4.5 hours. At the end of this programme of learning, the student will complete an online Multiple choice set of 50 questions, in order to gauge their understanding of the lessons. Only when the student has completed and correctly answered enough questions to give them a pass mark of 80%, will they then be entitled to call themselves a Certified Coach. All the materials are laid out in a clear, user friendly fashion, but should the student need additional help or guidance, then they simply have to email my dedicated address mytutor@rehvolution.online IMPORTANT: - The course in basically a beginner level certification, but further training will be required. - The resource documents are all intended to assist the student understand this subject better. - The student can progress after this course to completing one of the designated coaching types in order to get their Practioner status - Once they have chosen and passed the Practioner level course, they will need to get full Indemnity Insurance for their new practice and they may wish to avail of our preferred - partner insurance policy details....see the link onsite. - In addition, they will need to sign up to one or more Professional Associations to give there new practice merit with their new client base.
