At REHvolution Therapy Services, I provide compassionate and confidential therapy sessions for minors aged 12 to 16.

My sessions are specifically tailored to meet the emotional and psychological needs of young individuals navigating a range of personal challenges.

Session are purposely priced at an affordable cost starting from just £28 per hour, my services are designed to be both accessible and effective, creating a safe space for healing, growth, and emotional resilience.

The child therapy sessions are aimed at addressing issues such as low self-esteem, bullying, body image concerns, PTSD, anxiety, anger management, childhood sexual abuse, and stress-related behaviours.

Each session is personalised and developmentally appropriate, using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioural approaches, narrative techniques, mindfulness, Visualisation, NLP reframing and or creative expression techniques to help young clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.

• Helps process traumatic or distressing events safely

For your personal and the Minor / Child's safety consideration...I have been DBS checked here on the Island and cleared.

In respect to confidentiality all sessions are closed off and held in a secure location either virtually or within your own home.

Any/all data collected in relation to your Minor / Child's personal information if captured in paper form is locked in my office or if held digitally, is stored within my encrypted online storage vault.

You may request at any time, any/all relevant information pertaining to your Child or Minors information and I will be happy to provide this to you for FREE, unless there is a cost to me...

At which point I will discuss with you about reimbursement of these costs!
