To cancel or Reschedule an event, course or session. We require you to contact us no later than 24 hours to the start of the commencement of your appointment.
NOTE:
Failure to do so means you will automatically forfeit your deposit/payment and will be charged at the normal booking rate to schedule a new appointment.
